Does BBQGrillCulture have a showroom for me to visit?

I am looking for a particular BBQ gas grill. Can you import it for me?

How long do I have to wait for my item after I have ordered it?
Upon confirmation of your order and the stock, BBQGrillCulture will ensure delivery within 3 work days.
Is it possible for you to send my item overseas?
Unfortunately, we are currently only dealing with the local market within Singapore.
I am concerned with how much assembly work will be required. Will much assembly be done in my home?
Our products are mostly delivered completely assembled. As such, assembly in your home will be minimal to none.
Can you remove my old barbecue grill when the new one arrives?
Removal is free when you purchase a Liberty or Masport model. For all other products, a removal fee of $30 is charged.
May I know the final price of the item after including GST and hidden charges?
BBQGrillCulture practices a 100% upfront and honest policy. Listed prices are what you pay for the completed charcoal or gas grill. We feel that the customer has the right to know as much details as possible before even contacting us. However, please note that gas cylinders are NOT included.
Is it possible for me to buy a gas cylinder with my item?
BBQGrillCulture does not sell gas cylinders. However, we will be able to arrange your gas grill to come with one should you desire it.
What type of gas should I use for my BBQ grill?
The BBQ grills use LPG gas that can conveniently be obtained from any local gas supplier. Town gas can be used but will require approval from the relevant government bodies.
Is there any warranty for the products sold here?
A 1 year limited warranty comes with a purchase of all products here. This warranty is provided by their respective local distributors. Weber & Cobb products do NOT come with a warranty.

May I purchase some replacement parts?
Unfortunately, we do not carry stock for parts replacement right now.
Will I need to purchase an extra gas regulator and hoses for use with my electric gas grill?
As our promise states, BBQGrillCulture sells its items fully complete. You do not need to buy any extra items. 100% no hidden charges.
